This is a very quite and well established neighborhood. Unlike many suburban neighborhoods, neighbors here actually know each other and watch out for one another. It's nice to drive down the street and have friends and neighbors smile and wave to you as you drive by. We have churches within walking distance and schools within a short bike ride. There are two wonderful city parks within one mile of this perfectly situated neighborhood. Drive around this neighborhood a couple of times and you'll see why so many people buy homes here!
