    Update June 28th -- the tenant I lined up just backed out so this property is still available in early July or later. Beautiful 2 bed/1.5 bath rowhome in Five Points. The photos that I have do not do justice to how light and pleasant the space is :) Fully fenced back patio, exposed brick, and bright and airy open main floor. Close to public transportation, parks, restaurants and breweries in RiNo & LoDo! This is a lovely home; current, past tenants and I have all loved the location and character of this rowhome. The 950 sqft home is renovated with granite countertops throughout the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, gas stove, washer/dryer, central heat and air conditioning (AC) and natural wood floors on the first floor. The open main floor plan with half bath and patio make it easy to have friends over. Upstairs are two bedrooms with large closets, the W/D, and a full bath. Street parking is plentiful and the large unfinished basement makes it easy to store bikes, skis, etc. The convenient Five Points location is a block from the 30th street and Downing lightrail and bus station, which is the terminal stop of the D Line. It takes mere minutes to bike to the 16th Street Mall and City Park. Bars, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, and trails in RiNo (Riverfront North), City Park West, Uptown, Capitol Hill and LoDo are easily accessible by RTD, bike, and walking. I live in the greater Denver area so this is an ideal rental for someone who prefers an owner-landlord. No smoking. No students. No pets. Landlord pays for Water/Sewer, Trash, and front lawn maintenance. Rent is $2,500 per month, and ideally we would sign a one year lease. Start date of the lease is negotiable, and I would consider a shorter lease as well (ex: 9 months). I am happy to coordinate a video walkthrough or an in-person showing.
