They also do not have any pets and not open to having pets in the future. About Room: Private Room 1 Approximately 11ft 6" x 10 ft -$775 Utilities are included in the rent (electricity, trash, water, fast-internet, gas). Cleaning supplies and toilet paper and paper towels are included as well. All four roommates must share a full bath and a half bath. Laundry available in house. Parking is drive-way/street parking. - 5-minute drive to Vancouver Mall - 4-minute drive to Safeway - 10-minute walking to nearest Bus Stop Required: - Background and credit check (Non-refundable $35 fee) - Rental application (Non-refundable $25 fee). - Last 30 days pay stubs - $1000 security deposit due at signing (refundable) - Month to month term lease agreement
