I have a wonderful tenant (family) who has been living here since 2015. For privacy of the tenant, the pictures shown are from when we lived there. I am looking to sell the house and not be a landlord anymore. The property is available AS IS. I could spruce it up (e.g., new paint, etc.) and then you would want to do it per your own taste.
