The main entrance is off Mc Ginnis Ferry Road which currently is under going expansion. The main road Raes Creek is off of has been under construction by the DOT to both widen and add sidewalks to improve traffic and pedestrian access. Terrific shopping and all the conveniences of big city in a small town. This is a quiet neighborhood with mostly families however there is no community pool or tennis as it is very small. Several homes has private pools. This neighborhood is a double cul-de-sac with only one entrance/exit. There are many convenient shopping centers, restaurants and entertainment options nearby with all the enjoyable things found in Atlanta but with a nice suburban feel. The city of Johns Creek has its own fire and police department and new Emory hospital. The neighborhood backs up to St Marlo country club. Community HOA fees are $290 annually and are due every January.
