Nice Location ,park is right down the street at the end of it ,really nice ! The home been clean up nicely. I live in the neighborhood. Close too it all! Downtown Scottsdale. Ask for at least a 12 month lease. Electric is just about $2000 a year water is just under $1000 a year. I'll be changing the air filters every month to six weeks to eight depending on the season for you. They'll be a Landscaper going through once a month to clean up the fake grass and the grounds I will consider small trained doggies. Very clean close to all the Parks. Great location great price for the house it's empty ready to go now I can show it at any time. Just let me know. Thank you, Brian. PS this is a no smoking house.
