College living is good here. I have had many students rent from me and several have stayed through the summers. There is a boat rack on the property for your canoes and kayaks. This is a furnished house, you may bring additional furniture but unfurnished is not an option unless you are willing to pay to move my furniture out. The rent is $900 for up to three students and $300 per additional student with no more than 4 in the house. The house is only 850 square feet so it could get crowded quickly.
