Price to store boat can be as low as $72 a month to $112, depending on what you need (price sheets are available). The community offers a lot of amenities and activities so you never have to leave. In addition to a heated lap pool and spa, here are pickleball courts, basketball, pop tennis, bocce, shuffleboard, pool tables, a fitness center and so much more. The community is also golf cart friendly. It's located just off the Venetian Waterway Trail which is a biking/walking trail that is 10 miles and runs along both sides of the intracoastal waterway. The trail connects to the legacy trail giving bikers capability of over 23 miles. You can bike to the beach in minutes or go downtown. Country Club Estates is a very enjoyable active community and downtown Venice has some awesome Italian restaurants and nightly entertainment. Retirement will be so much fun living here.
