Rent includes heat, gas, A/C, water, cable, and high-speed internet. First month's rent and a non-refundable move-in/admin fee are due at lease signing. No security deposit. Tenant is responsible for all condo association move-in fees and move-out fees, deposits, forms, and move scheduling. Building move rules require advance scheduling with property management. The Royalle Condominium Association currently requires a $350 refundable move deposit and a $350 non-refundable move fee, payable to the association.
