We are trying to find new tenants for our 2bed 2bath at the Q Topanga so we can terminate our lease early. We need to move due to my fiance getting a new job and in order to break our lease without getting penalized we would need to find new tenants to apply to start a new lease with Q Topanga for our unit. Our unit is in great condition and we are sad to be leaving this awesome community! This is the only two bed, two bath penthouse (top floor) unit currently available at Q Topanga. Neighbors are quiet and community amenities are incredible. We are currently paying $4,377 for a 17 month lease. This is NOT a sublease. You would need to apply with Q Topanga to get approval for a new lease which will determine your monthly cost for the unit. Furniture and decor is not included. We would be completely moving out and you would be starting a new lease for this unit You would need to apply with property management to get new lease terms and agreement
