Neighbors are quiet and community amenities are incredible. We are currently paying $4,377 for a 17 month lease. This is NOT a sublease. You would need to apply with Q Topanga to get approval for a new lease which will determine your monthly cost for the unit. We are willing to pay your security deposit Furniture and decor is not included. We would be completely moving out and you would be starting a new lease for this unit. You would need to determine lease terms with the Q. We signed an 18 month lease for $4300 monthly rent
