The master bedroom features a King bed, Smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a his & her sink, garden tub & shower combo. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed and Smart TV, while the third bedroom is a bunk room with Queen over Queen bunks, a Smart TV, and a bonus pull-out futon mattress. Both secondary bedrooms share a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. The living area includes a cozy sectional that doubles as a queen sleeper sofa, a large Smart TV with Sling TV, and direct access to the backyard. The open-layout kitchen and dining area features a farmhouse-style table seating 8, a breakfast bar for 2, and is stocked with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots & pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, blender, traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. A full-size washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board, are also provided. Luggage is not to be left at the property before check-in or after check-out due to liability. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under age 25 are permitted without a parent or guardian present. Impersonating a service animal is a criminal offense in this state. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. Trash must be taken to the curb on Sunday and Wednesday evenings for Monday and Thursday pickup.
