It is 2 story; bedrooms are located upstairs along with the full bath. The half bath and laundry room is located downstairs. The master bedroom is large with a large walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom is small and could be a nursery/toddler room or an office. The house has had most of the floors redone with laminate flooring. There are 2 parking spots and you are responsible for Water (which includes sewer and trash) and Electric. The application fee is $40 per adult to do a background check. I check for criminal activity and prior evictions. Credit is not checked except what shows up on your background check (bankruptcies, liens, etc), but you do need to prove that you afford the rent and have been at your job over a year.
