Rent is collected online via Rentler. Tenant is required to set up an account at lease signing. Rentler allows tenant(s) to pay via bank account or credit/ debit card, while also keeping tenant's financial information safe and secure. (Landlord will assist in setting up this account online, if needed.) Proof of renter's insurance is required. Credit report and background check required at applicant's expense ($35/adult). Reports will be run upon application acceptance and applicants decision to move ahead with application.
