Bathroom has a private sink, but the rest of the bathroom is shared with a young Chinese lady. The third bedroom will be vacant from Mid September until end of November. At the end of November (if you chose to stay that long) a second Chinese lady and occasionally her husband (the owners of the home) would be the third tenant and her husband is there for about 10 days every month. Also at the end of November they will return with their two pug dogs. So in short for the first 2.5 months it would be just you and a young Chinese lady, and then at the end of November a second Chinese lady and her 2 pugs will be there. The town house is a little over a mile to the 52 freeway, about 3 miles from Costco, Target, Best Buy, Kohl's, Home Depot, and a ton of restaurants on Mission Gorge to include In N Out, Chick Fillet, Phil's BBQ, and tons more. The home sits right at the entrance of Mission Trails, so if you are a fan of Mission Trails, it's right at your door step here. The rent fee includes ALL utilities, including internet, water, electricity, trash ETC. Only street parking is provided, but there are plenty of spaces. Everything you need is already here, you just need to bring yourself and whatever personal items. Rent is inclusive of all utilities
