This 5-bedroom villa sleeps 12 and offers space, comfort, and fun-filled amenities for all ages. Feel at home in this thoughtfully arranged home designed for shared time and easy living. This villa includes two separate living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a private pool and hot tub, and a game room with arcade games, basketball, and air hockey. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available for longer stays. Family-friendly amenities such as a Pack 'n play and high chair are also included. This is a pet-friendly home. If you'd like to add heating for the pool and spa, please notify us in advance so we can arrange it for $35 per day. Set within Reunion Resort, the villa is positioned near dining, activities, and golf offerings associated with the resort. The location provides a convenient base for exploring the Kissimmee and Orlando area while returning to a comfortable home at the end of the day. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome furry friends. We allow one house-trained dog (please specify breed and weight), and a pet fee is applied. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. If you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Check-out time is 10:00 AM, and late departures may result in a fee of up to $300.
