Wonderful walking and engagement with neighbors in the neighborhood. Very quiet. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. All the amenities. Pictures do not do it justice. Parking on street directly in front of house. Always plenty available. It is very safe, secure, quiet and private. Annual rent agreement. $150 utility charge 6 months and $200 utility charge 6 months (winter). All utilities included with that. Wifi is also included as a connection to what is already at the house. If you want your own independent account you will have to set that up separately.
