The camper is fully furnished and well appointed with 1 queen bedroom, 1 full bath (all linens provided), full kitchen with cookware, dining area, living room and access to a full size washer/dryer on the property. Located on a 1/4 acre lot, you'll have everything you need and all the privacy that you want. SUITABLE FOR AN INDIVIDUAL OR A COUPLE. MAX 2 PEOPLE. This camper is located in a small, private rental community that we own. There is one cottage, 3 mobile homes and 5 RV campsites in the park. Each lot is spacious with plenty of parking.
