Notice: 30-day notice to vacate required once the initial term is complete. Furnishings: The home comes fully furnished, complete with a stocked kitchen, bed linens, and bath towels. Just bring your suitcase! Rent & Fees Monthly Rent: $12,500 per month Security Deposit: $12,500 (Refundable at the end of your stay, pending a damage inspection). Cleaning Fee: A one-time non-refundable departure cleaning fee of $400. Application Process: All applicants must pass a standard background and credit check. Utilities & Wi-Fi All-Inclusive Utilities: Water, gas, trash, and electricity are included in your rent. Internet: High-speed Wi-Fi is included and ready to go on day one perfect for remote work or streaming! House Policies Smoking: This is a strictly smoke-free property (including vaping). Parking: You'll have only 2 parking spots on the LEFT of the property (the turf, artificial grass area), plus plenty of additional street parking nearby. Don't worry the main house has its own separate parking (the driveway), so everyone has their space without any hassle. Please be mindful of other vehicles and not to block neighbors' driveways to keep the neighborhood friendly. Maintenance: We handle all lawn care and major maintenance. Tenants are responsible for day-to-day upkeep and taking the trash to the curb on Sunday.
