No parties or events allowed. Only park in driveway in front of house, or in front of the garage off of Ute Trail. No smoking allowed inside Clean up after your pets, you will be charged for any additional cleaning or damage not covered by the pet deposit. When smoking outside, please close sliding glass doors if near the house, and please use ashtrays Do not leave children unattended in pool area or hot tub areas. Close gate to pool area after entering and exiting Please dry off completely before coming back inside the house form the pool or hot tub No unregistered guests allowed. Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms. Please respect the noise curfew. Please be extra mindful of noise levels when outside in gazebo area. No loud music outside Please turn off the AC when you go out. After using fire place, Please clean up ashes and place in ash can. Leave all used towels on the floor in the large family room near the kitchen entrance. Remove and throwaway any left over food Turn off outside lights when not in use Turn off any lights when not in use or when you go out.
