The neighborhood is quiet, safe, clean, and very pet friendly (you'll see many people walking their dogs). Less than 10 minutes away is a Von's for one's grocery shopping needs while Ralph's is about 10-15 minutes away on the other side. The apartment is in excellent condition as it's been recently moved in to. The bedroom is spacious with a closet and patio. There is an abundance of parking in the garages, so that won't be a problem. Next to the leasing office is a pool, jacuzzi, and weight room. The ideal tenant would be someone who is friendly, clean, responsible, not overly particular, relaxed, and one who communicates their needs.
