Indian Creek is reputed to be one of the safest neighborhoods in Denver. It is comprised of duplexes and single family homes. The HOA is amazingly low considering all it covers: new exterior paint every few years, community pool, tennis courts, and maintenance of the sewer lines. All for $90 /month. Much lower taxes than Stapleton and other taxing districts which lay development costs on indivual home owners, but not the Indian Creek district. This remodel was done by builders who have remodelled units in Cherry Creek, Hilltop, Lowry.
