A free twice monthly cleaning service is provided by management as an extra amenity for tenants and to help keep the place clean and tidy. Since Pauli Murray college opened way down the street, Yale has established a 24/7 security presence on the block making this one of the safest areas in town. The building also has surveillance cameras and motion sensor lights and added security monitoring to ensure tenant's peace of mind. In addition to video monitoring the house is equipped with digital locks for quick keyless entry with a smart phone or to allow a person in remotely. The digital locks combined with video monitoring allows for amazon and package delivery when you are not home. The apartment is clean and comfortable and spacious with many common area rooms and the bedrooms are BIG. One of the rooms becoming available has two HUGE walk-in closets. The rent includes use of the furnished back patio and the backyard for entertaining. There is off street secure parking available and there is also plenty of permitted street parking which tenants can use. Rent: Price for each bedroom is 1300 dollars monthly (not including shared utilities mentioned above) One month security deposit is required, as is a good credit rating, rental history and proof of income. International applicants without an established US credit rating/history will be considered but proof of income is required for all. Current tenants will want to meet/interview interested applications and will decide on who gets the rooms. One last note the building has recently begun renovations to beautify and improve by new owners. So know the property will only get better with time.
