It has a fully fenced backyard and covered patio in the back. This property is located in an HOA. It features an automatic 2 car garage and has automatic sprinklers. Mowing of the front and back lawn is included in the rent but resident(s) are responsible for all other landscaping. This includes making sure the lawn is in good condition and weed free. The master bedroom offers a very spacious walk in closet as well as a private bath. Resident(s) are responsible for all utilities. We will accept a maximum of 2 pets however they must be 2 years or older, be current on all shots, spayed and or neutered and must be approved by management. WE DO NOT ALLOW VISITING PETS. There's an additional deposit of $400 required for each pet, (2 pet maximum). In addition, a non refundable $200 pet fee will be charged for each pet,(2 pet maximum). $25 per month per pet will be charged for pet rent.(2 pet maximum). Dog droppings are to be picked up prior to the landscaper arriving to mow. Residents are Responsible for pulling or spraying the weeds. Owner pays for lawn mowing. Residents are to ensure that the automatic sprinklers are working properly. THERE IS NO SMOKING INSIDE OF THE HOUSE OR GARAGE. No exceptions. A 12 month lease is required. There is no boat, rv or trailer parking available on the street. If it doesn't fit in the driveway or garage, it must be stored elsewhere. Nothing is allowed to block the sidewalk. Applications can be submitted through Zillow. There is a $35 fee per applicant so please wait until I send you an offer before submitting an application for the property. WE DO NOT ALLOW SUBLETTING. IF YOU PAY LATE 3 OR MORE TIMES, WE WILL NOT OFFER A LEASE RENEWAL. ANYONE 18 OR OLDER RESIDING AT THE PROPERTY MUST SUBMIT AN APPLICATION PRIOR TO MOVING IN. The rent is due on the 1st of each month but we do offer a 5 day grace period. If your rent has NOT been paid as of the 6th of the month, a late fee will be charged and notice to pay or vacate will be served. The late fee is 10% of the rent. This property is PRIVATELY MANAGED.
