Tenant shall, at his/her own expense, and at all times, maintain the premises in a clean and sanitary manner. Tenant shall be responsible for damages caused by tenant's negligence and that of his/her family or guests. Tenants shall not paint, paper, or otherwise redecorate without the prior consent of the owners nor will s/he add or change door locks. DEPOSIT: The one month rent deposit is refundable.
