The following improvements were made since we purchased the house in early March 2022. We intended to move, however circumstances changed. A new roof was installed. the installation included a complete tear off of the old roof. Ten sheets of decking was replaced. New valleys and flashing were installed as well as a new ridge vent. The kitchen cabinets were all wood in good condition so we had them sanded and painted inside and out, and new hardware was installed New granite countertops were installed with a new under mount stainless steel sink and a new faucet. New stainless steel appliances are included. All the bathrooms have new cabinets, granite countertops, sinks and faucets. The electric system was completely mapped out and numbered. All the switch’s and outlets that were loose were replaced. All the gfi’s were replaced. The hot water tank was replaced, the toilets were replaced, the shower valve cartridges were replaced and the shower heads were replaced. The furnace and ac unit are 2 years old and were serviced this year. Both work effortlessly and efficiently. There is new vinyl plank flooring in the entire house. There is a wood burning fire place in the family room and a gas fireplace in the sunroom. Throughout the house there are Pella double pane windows and patio doors, making the very energy efficient. The backyard is wooded and private, no rear neighbors. There are two large patio areas. One brick the other flag stone. If interested in viewing call or text ask for Harry.
