I'm renting a private room on the 3rd floor with a shared large bathroom! This room can either be furnished (with the queen size bed pictured) or unfurnished. It can accommodate a queen sized bed and a desk/dresser comfortably. This room is located on the 3rd floor of the house at the end of a hallway and has a large shared bathroom with dual sinks. The room has carpet and a window that faces Windmill, so you won't have anything blocking your view and fresh air. We are on Buffalo & Windmill and between Rainbow with tons of restaurants and grocery stores nearby and the airport is less than 15 mins away. You'd be living with 3 really chill roommates and we're looking for ONE extra roommate who is clean, respectful and considerate of the other roomies :) We are only looking for ONE roommate. No smoking, no pets, frequent guests, or overnight guests. This is a 6 month initial lease with the option to extend.
