These are actually Patio homes built in groups of 4 with connecting patios and fences making the patio private. We own the home and responsible for inside and outside repairs. The HOA pays for trash,plowing, lawns, all common areas. There are three levels and a crawl space in most of the homes. Also we all have a large loft area that overlooks the living room. Very roomy and high ceilings on the upper two levels. Lots of windows too which makes it feel very open and large.
