Lease Terms & Conditions Lease Term * A 12-month lease agreement is required. Monthly Rent * Rent is $3,275.00 per month. Move-In Costs * First month's rent, security deposit, HOA fees are and any applicable pet fees/deposits are due upon lease approval and before move-in.
