The 45 bus makes it quick and easy to get to the UW or the light rail line to downtown. Enjoy the convenience of being close to I-5 without the noise - the cottage is perfectly quiet. Accessibility features include an ADA ramp to the front door, an accessible bathroom with grab bars, and wide doors throughout the apartment. Your private oasis in Green Lake is right here! High speed internet is included. Electricity (including heat and AC) is a flat $80 fee per month. Water fee is $70 per month per tenant. This cottage is strictly non-smoking. No substances (including cannabis) may be smoked inside. No fire-arms are allowed on the premises. There is a $200 non-refundable cleaning fee and a $2150 fully refundable security deposit. Well mannered dogs and non-spraying cats are welcome, (max 1 large dog or 2 small). For dogs a pet interview is required. Minimum Criteria for a successful application: A copy of a valid driver's license, passport, or government ID for each applicant. A completed credit check for each applicant showing a credit score above 650 and free of evictions/bankruptcy's. (This requires an approx. $40 fee paid directly to the credit bureau.) A completed application for each applicant including employment information, rental history, and landlord references. A verification of employment information, and a positive landlord reference. A poor reference may be grounds for rejecting an application. Pet interview (for dogs) showing that dog is well-mannered and not aggressive. This residence will not be rented to registered sex offenders.
