Accessibility features include an ADA ramp to the front door, an accessible bathroom with grab bars, and wide doors throughout the apartment. Your private oasis in Green Lake is right here! High speed internet is included with the lease. Electricity/heat is a flat $50 fee per month. Water fee is $60 per month per tenant. This cottage is strictly non-smoking.
