My home is just outside the city , in a country setting , allowing you privacy , with a dead end street , traffic very limited . Lots of mature trees & landscape , about .75 of an acre . 2 driveways/circuler connecting them , big back/pool/3 separated yards & a big front yard too. Just off the home with connecting roof is my mother in law studio apt. , with large 2nd garage , 27' wide x 18' 6" deep , approx. 500 sq. ft. , with single 18' wide roll up door , filled with custom oak storage cabinets & on the end is about a 15' 10" wide x 36' covered parking area , plus another 16'concrete , but not covered , which is behind a gate . The other garage , (at the other end of my home) is 22' wide x 23' deep , 506 sq. ft. , with 2 separate 9' wide roll up doors . It is great for relaxing , peaceful , very pretty , great for entertaining , wedding , or social events . Neighbors are great , we all watch out for one another , & usually have a neighborhood block party once a year . I have had a few events , weddings , celebrations of life , & parties here . I fell in love with it prior to purchasing it , & find myself , with my dog here , but its much more than I need now . (Even though I really do enjoy living here , (about 2 miles south from Mr. John Maddens Residence) . Has city water , but still a septic system , which has functioned fine . Lots of windows , very open , & in living room pretty big windows on both sides . Kitchen has country oak cabinets , granite counter tops , 2 islands , one with stove top , & other with very nice stainless , large sink , custom faucet , very open , skylights , & other side of counter set up with custom chairs , to eat from . Tile floor in kitchen , (easy to clean), & across from counter room for a 6' wide x 12' long , (or bigger) , dinning table . Custom bar & game room , with pool table , air hockey table , & a smaller kids type basket ball set up / netting , & 2 hoops . Kids , teenagers , & adults all enjoy my wonderful home .
