Our cleaning staff uses organic cleaners and essential oils (eucalyptus oil, tea tree oil, cinnamon, citrus, peppermint, pine, wintergreen, etc) that are harmless to humans but poisonous to animals. If you plan on bringing a "service animal" please give us notice so we can make "reasonable accommodation" and your service animal is not harmed. If you do not give us this opportunity, your reservation may be subject to cancellation due to safety concerns. In addition, we frequently use pest control measures that may be harmful to domestic animals. Cleaning of the property may take up to 60 days to completely remove the essential oils from surfaces. NOTE: In the State of Washington, there is a $500 civil infraction under chapter 7.80 RCW for any person misrepresenting an animal as a service animal. In addition to this civil penalty, there will be an additional $1000 cleaning fee for any animal on the premises misrepresented as a service animal. Any such misrepresentation shall be grounds for immediate eviction and the reservation will be cancelled. No refunds shall be given.
