The basement is currently not pictured, but has its own bathroom, closet and a bedroom with a queen bed and bed-frame. Our favorite part about our house is the neighborhood! We have an abundance of walking/running trails, Chatfield reservoir for swimming/paddle-boarding/boating, and the people in Roxborough are amazing. We can't wait for you to get to experience it all! Minimum lease term is 6 months, starting in January! Pets are welcome and there is even a fenced in yard and dog door! We do require a $200 pet deposit that is refundable at the end of the lease, assuming there are no damages from your fur babies. Smoking allowed only outside. There is a two car garage, a driveway and unlimited street parking. Home owner will pay the energy bill, but all other bills will be the responsibility of the renters. The house is available to rent until September 15th, 2023. There is a minimum of 6-month commitment, but we can be flexible on the move-out date.
