Smoking inside the house is not permitted and any unregistered guests incur a fee of $50 per person per night. There is a $40 per hour unapproved late checkout fee. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a $50 per person per night penalty. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am to help preserve the serenity of the woods for neighbors and fellow guests. Fires can be started at 5 pm and must not be burning by 6 am the following morning, as local authorities are issuing tickets. When using a fire pit, do not leave it unattended, use the fire screen, and ensure the fire is extinguished before turning in for the night.
