This house is in really bad shape. There is black mold, and dry rot through out the back sections. The foundations is crumbling, to where the floor slopes bad enough, that when people come over, they make comments. The detached garage was built with out a permit, as well as not being built to code. The city of Citrus Heights has been fining me for the last 6 to 7 years. They have a lean on the house for somewhere in the neighborhood of 10 to 12 thousand. The sewer pipes are starting to go out on a regular basis, and the water supply line is so full of rust, that their is hardly any water pressure. The estimated value of this house is totally out of line. I had a professional appraiser come out and go over the property. I received an estimated value of $107,000. This was as of January 2013.
