The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and generous indoor and outdoor dining spaces are available. Enjoy the game lounge featuring a pool table, arcade machines, and various games. Outdoor loungers are available for ultimate poolside relaxation. If you'd like to add heating for the private swimming pool and relaxing hot tub, please notify us in advance so we can arrange it for you. This service costs $35 per day and requires at least one week's notice. We welcome furry friends with a written notification from the guest and approval by the host. We allow one house-trained dog (please specify breed and weight). A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150. Situated within the prestigious Reunion Resort, this villa is located in a vibrant, luxury gated community perfect for leisurely strolls around its beautiful golf courses. Many residents live here year-round, so please observe the 25 mph speed limit and stay alert for golf carts. While the resort itself offers plenty of fantastic dining options, just outside the back gate, you'll find a world of attractions: diverse restaurants, alligator farms, thrilling airboat rides, water parks, and countless other fun activities for the whole family. Universal Studios is 20 miles away, SeaWorld is 15 miles away, and Magic Kingdom is 8 miles away. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 13 guests at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. This home is not baby-proofed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs can impact the housekeeping schedule and may result in a fee of up to $300.
