This newer end unit is bright, clean, modern, and in a great location by Olde Town Arvada (and it's light rail stop), Interstate 70 to the mountains, and an easy shot into Denver. 3 levels and a 2 car garage. One bedroom on the ground floor (with exterior patio); other two bedrooms, both en suites with private bathrooms, are on top floor. Kitchen and living area...with access to a nice balcony with a grill, are on the second floor. Patio or balcony on all three levels invites nice outdoor experiences! No smoking of any kind. Dogs negotiable, no cats. We pay all utilities (water, trash, wifi,) but you pay Xcel Energy. We prefer a 3 month lease, but will talk about 1 to 6 months. 30 day minimum.
