Unlike parts of Playa del rey, this westchester house was designed by engineers from Howard Hughes aviation and they wisely designed the flight path in a way that the house is out of earshot from air traffic!!! All and all this is a great place to call home. We are leaving the country and thinking of selling or renting. This is a great neighborhood to walk in. You can walk to bristol farms and Trader Joe's. Or grab a coffee at Panera bakery or Starbucks (There are a few).
