We currently have one room in our 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home. WHICH IS COMPLETELY FURNISHED. You will have your own key for the space as well. The room is a front facing room to the street as which let's in lots of natural light. The has a walk in closet with carpet and the rest of the room has laminent flooring. The bathroom will be shared with one other person. Everyone is responsible for their own food and supplies. No smoking no pets no overnight guest for long periods of time. No smoking inside of the home, no pets, no extended overnight guest. No drugs and/or illegal activity. Landlord must give 60 notice of termination of lease at any time before terminating lease. Termination of for Non-Payment: Rent is due the first 1st of each month. Considered late by the 5th which at that point $25 late fee will apply. If tenant fails to pay the landlord can terminate the lease by servicing a 3 day notice to pay or vacate, excluding weekends and holidays. Security deposit must be returned to tenant 15 days after date of move out, unless deposit is used to cover damages or unpaid rent. Notice of damages must be sent to tenant within 15 days of vacating.
