We do ask for a two month plus one day notice to move out however we will accept notices to move out between the last day of February through the last day of September of any given year. We do require a fob deposit of $50.00 per fob and an apartment key deposit of $25.00 per key, both will be returned upon move out assuming the fob and key are returned to us.
