We do ask for a two month plus one day notice to move out however we will accept notices to move out between the last day of February through the last day of September of any given year. Pets are allowed, we require a $200.00 non refundable pet fee. Cats are rent free while dogs are charged monthly pet rent according to weight (under 40 lbs. is $50.00/month and over 41 lbs. is $75.00/month). Owner pays for water, garbage and heat. Tenant is responsible for electricity, cooking gas and internet/cable. No smoking is allowed within the building walls, outside only. We do require a fob deposit of $50.00 per fob as well as an apartment key deposit of $25.00 per key. both of these deposits will be returned upon move out assuming the fob and key is returned to us The parking permit fee of $25.00 is issued through the City of St. Paul and is for on street parking.
