This neighborhood is extremely walkable but is a family neighborhood- perfect for a couple or small family. It is one short block to the uptown end of the Carrollton Streetcar, the 24 hours Walgreens, the Roberts grocery, Palmer Park (where they have a monthly art market and lots of other activities), and banking. Absolutely no smoking - of anything. Backyard is shared with owner (that is me!) so is a quadruple lot and has urban hens. Any pets must be interviewed, no dogs please...except fish :) Utilities are divided between sides on a slightly uneven basis as there is only one person on the other side. Basic yard care is included. Absolutely no smoking. After one year the lease goes month to month. No pets please - well maybe a fish.
