We are looking for an artist working on specific projects. The is a utilities-only live/work setup that combines an artist residency with the role of docent at an arts and community space. Resident will have a 200sf apartment but be responsible for keeping the space open for very minimal other uses, including a weekly food bank, free bookstore, and community garden. This is the longtime arts and community space Counterpath in Denver. It is an ample and well-maintained 12,000sf lot, with an outside sculpture area and community garden. The building houses a performance space of c.1,000sf (this is where the food bank takes place for a few hours each Friday), and bookstore area. Please plan to send resume and 2 personal and employment references. We'll ask that a lease be signed but monthly rent is $0 for the accepted resident/docent (Zillow rent of $100 is incorrect).
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
