yes!! this everything you want privacy, recreation, beautiful... but also it-is-an -INVESTMENT to die for . so easy 15 miles to troy,montana, 18 miles to bonners ferry id. tiny house village w/ rv parking against the hwy. im just too old to realize it. my loss yr. gain.
