We are a pet friendly community and allow cats and dogs only with a maximum of 2 pets per household and there is a 30lb weight limit for dogs. $25/month per cat and $50/month per dog. Residents are responsible to pay gas and electric utilities. In order get the hold on the apartment while the application is being processed applicants are required to submit the following: 1. Valid email address to send the application link to. (There is a $50 screening fee per applicant age 18 years of age and older.) 2. Government issued Photo ID, birth certificate, and social security card for all household members age 18 years and older. 3. Proof of income (normally one month's worth of pay stubs, or tax returns if self employed) for all household members age 18 years and older. 4. Pet documentation to include: vaccination records, rabies certificate, proof of spay/neuter and a color photo of your pet. 5. A $500.00 holding deposit in the form of a certified bank check or money order. The holding deposit is refundable if denied however once approved it becomes non-refundable and is applied to your security deposit balance at move in. All applicants must meet income requirements and are subject to criminal background check, credit check, landlord references and eviction screening which costs $50/person age 18 years and over and is charged to the applicant.
