Pet documentation to include: vaccination records, rabies certificate, proof of spay/neuter and a color photo of your pet. 5. A $500.00 holding deposit in the form of a certified bank check or money order. The holding deposit is refundable if denied however once approved it becomes non-refundable and is applied to your security deposit balance at move in. All applicants must meet income requirements and are subject to criminal background check, credit check, landlord references and eviction screening which costs $50/person age 18 years and over and is charged to the applicant.
