Our home for over 15 years, it's time to move to the next house for us. This home is comfortable, well kept but not formal. It has new A/C, new Trex deck, new landscaping and grass. The yard is irrigated front and back. The roof and furnace are both less than 10 years old as is the external paint. Inside paint needs just a half day's worth of touch ups or your new color choices. Everything is pretty close and when driving around it's easy to feel fortunate. Our kids are now out of school spurring us to move. We are walking distance to Sexton Mountain Elementary, a quick ride to Hyland Park Middle and just over the hill to the new and fabulous Mountain Side High school. We've priced our house reasonably and are looking for qualified buyers for a smooth transition. For now, we're keeping our move quiet to keep the activity in the cul-de-sac low key.
