During the summer months, it is imperative water usage be used wisely as the association is on a well system and it can run dry if people aren't mindful. There is a 4th bedroom but this will be used for owner storage during rental term. Located within a few minutes from Hannaford Supermarket in Meredith or Heath's Supermarket and State Liquor Store in Center Harbor. Short drive to great restaurants and Weirs Beach attractions. Close to shopping and fine/casual dining. Tons of activities -- swimming, boating, fishing, jet skiing, canoeing, kayaking, tubing, golfing, go-carting, miniature golf. Scenic airplane rides, mountain climbing/hiking, close to Monkey Trunks, Fun Spot, Major and Gunstock Recreation Area (now with summer zip lines open).
