Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. The neighborhood We are 3 minutes from the center of York Beach but located in a quiet, secluded, and residential area. We have residential neighbors on both sides of us so we thank you in advance for being a courteous and respectful guest! Getting around We have plenty of parking in the driveway but please no parking in the garage, however please feel free to store any bikes or beach items you may have in the garage! Other things to note FYI, booking includes and is protected by our damage protection program. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay. Absolutely no smoking on the property please. Minut is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. We also have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. If you have any questions, please ask.
