Wintergreen is very well equipped with high end finishes the best of appliances , flooring, and decor. Comfortable chairs, deep pile carpet and Smart TV and fast internet as well as the fireplace are just great for kicking back and relaxing The Work area with desk, and Dining room are spacious functional additions. You can relax in the back or set it up for your guests. There is a high end Bar B Que gas grill stored in the Florida Room which can be kept on the back patio for use . New patio table and chairs are in the works This unit has never been rented before and is really in nice condition. You can be to either coast in 2 hours for a day at the beach but stay in a low traffic and low stress area where you don't have to fight the big tourist crowds. This is a very nice rental in which you are sure to be comfortable . Owner lives 15 miles away and will be very responsive to tenants needs or issues. My dates are flexible so thats something we could discuss. Rent is $1500 per month payable as first, last,with a $1500 refundable security deposit payable in advance.
